# Components:

→ Chipotle Mayo

01 - ½ cup mayonnaise
02 - 1–2 teaspoons finely minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10 inch diameter
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and adjust chipotle quantity to taste. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Transfer cooked bacon to paper towels to drain excess grease.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - Spread about 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and sliced avocado in the center.
05 - Top each wrap with 2 slices of crispy bacon. Fold sides in and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
